Hitch[ed]: how to get - Hitch Reviews

This movie says what 10 million "good guys" want to say to the girl of their dreams. This is for every guy who has ever wanted a girl he felt he couldn't have. You hold a girl in high respect, but are terrified of the prospect of showing them your feelings. For single guys, it is a nostalgic wish of a movie, for committed guys it is a sweet example of how life works out, and for married guys it has absolutely no value other than being the romantic comedy it is. As Roger Ebert put it, "it's a great movie to rent next Valentine's Day." I would heartily agree with that assessment. The story was classic, if cliched. The actors pulled off their roles sufficiently, and Will Smith did an excellent job of playing the ultimate "metrosexual"; as much as anything he helps the movie garner the B+ I gave it. The direction was adequate, certainly nothing memorable, and the scenes and repartee of the actors, as well as the stunt scenes, make the visuals entertaining. I would go see this movie in the theater again, and this time I will see it with the "girl of my dreams".
